Delivery Information
We dispatch all Australian orders from our Milton Keynes based warehouse via our UK operation the day after order if the order is received before 3pm Mon-Thurs. Friday & Weekend orders are despatched on Monday.
We use DHL Express as standard for all boot-bags and luggage racks. Full tracking details will be sent by email after the order is received and your order can be tracked here on the DHL website
1.Pre delivery notification with the option to amend the delivery using the change it options sent following collection of the parcel.
2.Then an estimated one hour delivery window notification on the morning of the delivery.
3.An Optional ' You're next' when the driver is one delivery away
4. We cannot ship to a PO Box
5.All goods will require a signature.
If you cannot receive the parcel we ask you to take control of your delivery using the change it options available in the manage my delivery section of DHL's website.

Warranty
Warranty & Faults Warranty covers faults that develop within the first 12 months of use. Warranties cover manufacturing faults but not damage caused by wear and tear. Please email Liza@boot-bag.com if you experience any issues with your Revo-Rack . (In 6 years of manufacturing and selling the Revo-Rack we have never had an issue)
We operate a no quibble 14 day return policy from the date goods are received, if you purchase an item via our websites and return it to us unused and it is deemed not have been diminished, we will refund in full including the standard postage costs. Outside this period we deem the goods to have been accepted.

During the 14 day period, the buyer must treat the product and its packaging with care. They will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary for the purpose of evaluating the nature, characteristics and efficacy of the product. The starting point is that the buyer can only handle and inspect the product in the same way that he would be allowed in a store.
Outside this 14 day period we deem the goods to have been accepted by the buyer.
Returns
Return Postage We only refund postage on goods that are faulty, deemed to be in warranty by the manufacturer or if we send out the wrong item. If you change your mind about a product after receiving it, we will be happy to exchange or refund it within in 14 days of receipt. You as the buyer are responsible for the return postage costs this is inline with the UK consumer contracts regulations 2014 that cover online selling. We will also charge a £6.95 check and re box fee
Once received we will refund in full to your original payment method including the original standard postage costs.
