Shipping, Warranty & Returns

Shipping info

 

 

We have been shipping to the USA since 2009 and typically use DHL. Standard shipping takes between 5-7days depending on location, we also have an optional 3 business day service. Full tracking will be provided, once the order is logged on DHL's system. The tracking will only go 'live' once the parcel has been scanned into DHL's system. Please note we cannot ship to a PO box.

 

We operate warehouses in the UK & Netherlands. Revo-Racks to North America will be shipped from our UK based warehouse and typically are shipped same day if the order is in our system by 3pm ( GMT )

 

USA Shipping 

  • Standard shipping costs £54.95 approx $69 and takes 5-10 days
  • Urgent 3 business day service for £99.95 approx $125

 

Canada Shipping

  • Standard shipping costs £82.95 approx C$139 and takes 5-10 days
  • Urgent 3 business day service for £124.95 approx C$209

 

 

Its a large box and we could ship cheaper but have very little issues with DHL and our customers experience is important to us.

 

 

 

Warranty

 

Warranty & Faults Warranty covers faults that develop within the first 12 months of use. Warranties cover manufacturing faults but not damage caused by wear and tear. Please email Liza@boot-bag.com if you experience any issues with your boot-bag, Revo-Rack or any other product purchased via this website.

We operate a no quibble 14 day return policy from the date goods are received, if you purchase an item via our websites and return it to us unused and it is deemed not have been diminished, we will refund in full including the standard postage costs. Outside this period we deem the goods to have been accepted.

During the 14 day period, the buyer must treat the product and its packaging with care. They will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary for the purpose of evaluating the nature, characteristics and efficacy of the product. The starting point is that the buyer can only handle and inspect the product in the same way that he would be allowed in a store.

 

Returns

 

Return Postage We only refund postage on goods that are faulty, deemed to be in warranty by the manufacturer or if we send out the wrong item. If you change your mind about a product after receiving it, we will be happy to exchange or refund it within in 14 days of receipt. You as the buyer are responsible for the return postage costs. This is inline with the UK consumer contracts regulations 2014 that cover online selling. We will also charge a £6.95 check and re box fee

Once received we will refund in full to your original payment method including the original standard postage costs.
